I am a chartered clinical psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and I am a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

My qualifications are:

• Masters by Research (MRes) Bangor University
• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) The University of Manchester
• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) The University of Manchester

I am a Schema Therapist working towards accreditation with the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST).

I worked in the NHS for 10 years before moving to work in independent practice. I have worked in a variety of roles offering psychology services to people with a range of mental health support needs (mainly complex trauma), physical health conditions, and neurodivergence.

The main therapeutic approaches I draw from are Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and neuropsychology. I am passionate about helping people to make sense of their experiences, increase their confidence and hope for the future, and find ways to build a life that includes the things most important to them.

I am based in the North West and currently offer appointments online and face to face in Warrington.
